By accessing or purchasing from Selestial, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please contact us if you have a question before purchasing.

Products & Pricing

Purchases are charged in Indian rupees (INR). Other displayed currencies are approximate conversions for convenience. Prices may change. If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Our pieces are solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish, not silver-plated base metal. The rhodium surface helps resist tarnish and can wear over time.

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor colour or finish variations may occur because of photography and screen calibration. Check the product details before ordering.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Razorpay processes supported card, UPI, netbanking and wallet payments. We do not store raw card details.

Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched from India within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery estimates, rates and customs information are provided on our Shipping & Returns page.

Returns & Refunds

Change-of-mind returns are available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings and custom or engraved pieces are excluded. These exclusions do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

Website imagery, copy, logos and designs belong to Selestial or their respective rights holders. Do not reproduce or use them without permission.
