Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched from India within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping costs ₹499. Express shipping costs ₹1,199. Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹6,999 or more after discounts. Express shipping is always charged.

Delivery Times

Within India, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. To other countries, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch, depending on your country and customs processing. These are estimates. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes and import fees.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings and custom or engraved pieces are excluded. These exclusions do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.

How to Return

Send a message through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Pack your item securely in its original packaging. You arrange and pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. The change-of-mind exclusions and this contact-time request do not limit the remedies available for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
