Payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive transaction identifiers and confirmation, rather than your raw card number, expiry date or CVC.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to fulfil orders, send order and shipping confirmations, authenticate your account and respond to support requests. If you subscribe, we send promotional email about collections and offers. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

We use HttpOnly session cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are unavailable to page JavaScript. Your shopping cart, wishlist and currency preference may be stored in your browser. Clear browser cookies and site storage to remove this local data.

Our providers include Razorpay for payments, Google for optional sign-in and address suggestions, Twilio for optional SMS verification, our email provider for messages, and Google and Vercel for analytics and performance measurement. We share information needed for the requested service. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active and order records for accounting and tax requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account deletion request.
