What metal is used in Selestial jewellery?

925 sterling silver contains 92.5% silver. Our pieces are solid 925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish, not silver-plated base metal. The rhodium surface helps resist tarnish and can wear over time.

Will sterling silver tarnish?

All silver tarnishes over time with exposure to air and moisture. This is natural and entirely reversible. Refer to our Care Guide for cleaning tips and storage advice to keep your pieces looking their best.

Do I need to choose a size?

No. Every Selestial piece is made in a single free size, so there is nothing to measure or select at checkout. If a piece does not sit the way you hoped, see our Shipping and Returns page for the 30 day return policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from India. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days within India and 7 to 14 business days to other countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

What is your return policy?

Change-of-mind returns are available within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Earrings and custom or engraved pieces are excluded. These exclusions do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for instructions.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS-certified payment processor. We never see or store your card number, expiry date, or CVC. Your data is encrypted end-to-end.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Log in to your account to view all your orders.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. All Selestial orders arrive in complimentary gift-ready packaging: a signature black box with ribbon, a branded silver polishing pouch, and a care card.

Can I get a piece engraved?

We are working on a custom engraving service. Please send us a message through our Contact page to ask about a specific piece.

How do I care for my silver jewellery?

Store in the provided pouch away from air and moisture. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, and chlorine. Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth. See our Care Guide for detailed instructions.
